TERMS OF SERVICE
"Over the Moon" is the trading name of OVER THE MOON LIMITED. In these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to "Over the Moon".
"The Client" refers to you, the visitor to this website or the user of the services offered by Over the Moon.
When booking a consultation with Over the Moon, the Client agrees to the following Terms of Service:
general

The Client agrees to follow all safe sleep guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. For more safe sleep information from AAP and their up-to-date policy statement, please click here.

The Client agrees to notify Over the Moon of any unsafe sleep practices, and understands that Over the Moon is not liable for their baby’s safety.

The Client will disclose any medical conditions that their child has to Over the Moon.

The Client agrees to consult with their GP if their baby has any medical conditions which may prevent them from being sleep coached safely.

The Client is aware and fully understands that making changes to their baby’s sleep may cause some crying and crying may be involved with sleep coaching.

Any changes the Client makes to their baby’s sleeping or eating arrangements are their decision. Over the Moon only makes suggestions for change, of which the Client is responsible for choosing to implement.

The Client understands that their sleep plan is specifically designed for their baby and their individual circumstances only, and should not be shared with a third party. Any party found to be sharing sleep plans and guides will be liable for the cost of the shared plan and guides.
payment

Full payment for all packages, add-ons and follow-up support is required prior to consultation starting. Once payment is received in full, the Client will receive acknowledgement of payment by Over the Moon, and consultation process will commence.

International consultations will incur an additional 2-4% processing fee (automatically actioned through Stripe).
travel

Travel costs within the Tauranga city area are included in the home consult package price. For travel outside of Tauranga city, there will be an additional 95c per km plus $15 per 15 minutes of travel-time added to your consultation.
cancellations

Cancellations made prior to a sleep plan being sent may receive a partial refund, (at the discretion of Over the Moon).

Cancellations made after a sleep plan has been sent, no refund will be issued.
follow-up support and consultations

Follow-up support consists of virtual support via the Client’s Google Doc sleep log, email and/or Facebook Messenger. The Client may request a phone consultation (up to 30 minutes) at no extra cost, at a time that suits both parties.

Follow-up support can not be pushed out past one month of the initial consultation.

Additional follow-up support is to be used within two months of the Client purchasing their initial sleep package. This consists of virtual support via Google Doc sleep log, email and Facebook Messenger.

The Client must ensure that they communicate clearly with Over the Moon to ensure we can deliver the best possible service during our time together.

Any extra hours during home consultations will be charged at $59/hr.
other

Over the Moon does not offer any medical advice, services or treatment to any Client. If the Client has concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue, Over the Moon will urge the Client to contact their GP or pediatrician for advice.

Over the Moon is fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public & Products Liability.
